How long does processing take?
Orders are processed within 5–7 business days. All items are made fresh and prepared the day they are shipped or fulfilled.

How should I store my cookies?
Cookies remain fresh for up to 7 days when sealed. For extended storage, they may be frozen for up to 6 months.
How should I store chocolate covered strawberries?
Chocolate covered strawberries should be refrigerated and are best consumed within 24 hours for optimal freshness.
How should I store candied fruit (“crack fruit”)?
Candied fruit should be consumed immediately. For short-term storage, it may be placed in the freezer to help maintain texture.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
